-
Ana’s career in organizational transformation started in the early 1990s when she was part of a continuous improvement program for Amoco. Ana met RLG while working on this project and together they were able to transform the business unit both culturally and financially. RLG’s focus of connecting the front-line to the bottom-line and its implementation approach motivated Ana to join RLG in 1995. Her strong focus on emphasizing business acumen across all levels has generated significant dollar savings and cultural change in the companies she has coached.
Ana earned her Bachelor of Arts degree jointly from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri and Richmond College in London, England. She also received her Jurist Doctorate jointly from the University of New Mexico and Exeter School of Law in Exeter, England. Ana and her husband currently reside in Castle Rock, Colorado.
